A financial account is an account that you open and where then you make
deposits. It's notably used for gift card.
For instance the "Replenish Payment Id" could be used. I think the "Replenish Level" is the level of Replenishment (ie an
accumulation), sometimes also a maximum (used for auto-replenishment).
Look into code (*.xml, *.java) for replenish word...

When a payment can not move to its previous status then we create a new
payment corresponding to this payment and this new paymentId is used as
replenishId in FinAccount.
I am not sure about this and also didn't dig on detail.
Need others view on this.
