No, I was thinking more for the demo sites etc.  These are built nightly
and they aren't running locally, and we don't (most of us) have a login
to run ant from the CLI.  

I just thought it might sometimes be nice to know, and might also
demonstrate how to embed build-specific info (or possibly even
run-specific info, like memory configuration) into an output screen.
Probably not very important, but still possibly useful.  As I said, just
a thought.  But yet another thing to comment out for production code.
But you'd probably customize that page footer anyway.
