Thanks Tim for pointing this out. BTW, the README file and the
documentation on the web site should be changed. It is misleading as is
the download site.

between when I wrote this and today I have discovered that the download package does not
contain the necessary ofbiz.jar file. Don't know what happen to the packaging of the
download, but this file is no longer in the distribution. It is essential for starting up
OFBiz.
What to do:
If you download a packaged "zip" file and are following my instructions (after
Step 3 and before Step 4), run the following command from the command line:
*ant run-install*
This may take a minute or two. This command creates the necessary ofbiz.jar
file. Once this is finished, proceed to Step 4.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
A JIRA has been submitted and I will fix the instructions today to account for
this change in packaging.
