as far as a I know the SVN does not have an accounting as such for
Workeffort.
in the demo data, most workeffort, except for projectmgr, is geared to
manufacturing.
You can take a look at manufacturing in Vol II of the data model book
page 64
I used the model in the Professional service of the Datamodel book Vol
II pages 345,348,349 as my guide.
if you look at the demo data for WorkEffortCostCalc you will get an idea
of how to implement it for other requirments.
When it comes down to accounting, it really depends on the Clients GL
and what they want to have. For instance one wanted to have Time charged
against Money paid out in payroll in their GL, so had to build the the
business logic to accomplish that.
Times sheets feed into payroll and you have to add code to work with
workeffort, for accounting.
