setup was added 9/07/09.

I did following:
1) Accounting --> General Ledger
2) Setup for Company
3) Got the screen "Accounting Preferences" with non editable fields
Here I want to change Base Currency from USD to other.
Editable options come at very first time when I setup GL, onwards How can I
edit Accounting Preferences ?
