New to OfBiz

 Hello Folks,

I'm new to OfBiz and am looking to develop a customized Hospital 
management system out of OfBiz.

I'd appreciate if some can point me to some tutorial/doc which outlines 
customization of OfBiz. Thanks in advance for help.
