I remember I have already seen this "message". I can't remember exactly the circumstance from the top of my head. But I remember it
was my mistake, not sure it's exactly the same though..
Could be that you have another (older) ant version in your Windows path and it
can't be invoked

actually ./ant -p works in windows if you in the directory of the bat file.
as you see it worked just an error.

Just updated trunk and did an

on windows (ant.bat).

-a directory added on the command line with the -lib argument
Do not panic, this is a common problem.
The commonest cause is a missing JAR.
