order updates are normally done through the partymmgr then find the
order for that party.
the problem with orderes that dropship is that the PO is generated upon
completion of order I don't believe the trunk has any code that will
handle doing and update of the PO based on an customer order.
I have had a couple of Clients wanting this handle differently so there
is no one way to implemment this.
