I have been planning to implement ofbiz for fabrication industry. Here the raw materials involved in fabricating a window are measured in terms of metres, some even in 'tube' (for foam).
For example, to fabricate a 60 cm x 100cm window, some of the raw materials required will be - 1. "Inner Frame 5 Chambers 83 mm" - 2.9 m 2. "Frame 5 Chambers, 65 mm" - 3.2 m 3. "Reinforcement for Frame" - 1m 4. "Foam" - 0.5 tube I am slightly confused as to how to configure raw materials in the catalog and the BOM to ensure correct inventory levels.
