I thought it has been purposely done by the infra team. You say that the OOTB
cert is good, or better right?

My guess is a committer has an old cert they committed.
I think this is more an infra thing since they have the cert for apache.org
so all committers should make sure they have the correct cert in their copy.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate has
expired.
The certificate is only valid for ofbiz.apache.org
