Trunk: Foreign Exchange Rates missing

I noticed that suddenly, under:

Accounting -> Accounting Manager -> Global GL Settings -> Foreign Exchange Rates


Is gone.  Has it been moved?

I can still get to it using:

https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/accounting/control/viewFXConversions?
