Hi Justin,
OOTB CC capture is called when you do the shipping. Clicking on quick
ship should call the the cc capture.

I'm not asking for specifics relating to my custom gateway, am just
wondering how the CC Authorise, CC Capture sequence usually occurs
in a standard setup?
