To Disable ECA : check your ofbiz-components.xml (on each components).
EECA can be disable with delegator configuration framework/entity/config/entityengine.xml
For seca looks webtools interface : https://localhost:8443/webtools/control/ServiceList?sel_service_name=${serviceName} to list for a service all seca enable
