Maybe this would be a good time to promote moving this into ofbiz docbook files. Many would be put in framework/documents I found you can copy paste into openoffice and save as docbook files. a little massage of the files and they can be added to documentation files. In my system I have created different resources for FAQ, TECH, ADMIN, so it does not take so long to render.
