Switching Eclipse IDE version from Ganymede to either Helios or Indigo

Since last few days I am thinking to switch Eclipse IDE version from Ganymede to either Helios or Indigo. Anyone started using Helios or Indigo? If Yes then how is the performance of this two new versions? Any recommendation?
