Hello,
I am looking for a way to manage service technicians who work on serialized machinery which may or may not have been sold by our
company.
I have looked into webapps project, scrum and even into serialized inventory
and inventory maintenance.
The basic requirements are asociation with the machine being served, thus allowing the keeping of a service history for the
particular machine, invoicing parts , km driven, and naturally time spent.
Has something like this been done in ofbiz, or maybe it already exists.
I apreciate any ideas.
