Hello Arun, Thanks for ur reply, and i have already tried these steps. Still my "ATP/QOH and Accounting quantity total " both fields doesnot display any value...
In Facility --> Facilities --> Inventory Items --> Inventory Details my QOH difference and ATP difference shows a value that i have entered for "Quantity accepted" field. I have even tried receiving the purchase through "find order" screen which provides "QuickReceivePurchaseOrder" option in the action section. But still no luck.
