Hi Mike, All, The ApacheCon organisation is going to visit the venue in the last week of July to see if the audio facilities are up to spec to hookup their recording equipment into.
Video recording is another story, though. The organisations doesn't have the budget to facilitate that and it could be handled by a group of volunteers. In the past there also have been external organisations who did live and recorded streaming through there own website, like linux-magazin.de,(see http://streaming.linux-magazin.de/en/archive_apachecon09.htm). The organisation is going to explore either path.
