sh ./startofbiz.sh &
Sorry for the typo ;o)
But anyway using rc.ofbiz* files in this case seems a better way to me (if you
want automatic restart, which is a moot point)

You may also have a look at rc.ofbiz* files (in tools folder for trunk and
R12.04, else in root folder)
