Hi All, I am using Applications/Marketing/ContactList/CommunicationEvent. I created communication event to send mails to multiple parties(around 3000) attached to particular contact list and didn't specify start and finish date. As sendEmailDated service is scheduled to every 15mins ,so it runs that communication event.But time to run that communication event is more than the frequency of sendEmailDated. Now the problem is thread sendEmailToContactList is running for long and running communication event again and again.
I am not able to understand the reason behind this. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Nandani Aggarwal
