No needs to look at http://status.apache.org it does not help much in this
case, just wait...

Please refer to the email I sent to committers updating you to the fact that JIRA was having issues and we were looking, and that
is likely involved migrating to a new machine. Please be patient.
You can also look at http://status.apache.org -- If it's listed as down there, you can rest assured 100% that we know all about
it, especially if we email committers@ (which we only tend to do for big issues).
On top of all this, you can follow infra@ mailing list, or better yet follow @infrabot on twitter for the most dynamic updates,
aside from actually being in IRC.
So, please stop reminding us of something that we are acutely aware of.
