Hi Ashu, I thinks that it was not correctly downloaded. Please Download the ofbiz 10.04.2 from this link http://ofbiz.apache.org/download.html . Unzip the zip file and go to ofbiz folder,run the commnd on linux machin ./ant run-install then ./startofbiz.sh
