I'd like to create an OfBiz-lite-uk type packaged version that is preconfigured for the UK.
I am thinking of this being delivered as a war file and tested against the various fedora, ubuntu and CentOS provided dependencies and make this available through the normal downloads. (This is not a fork, more of a downstream etc) I am keen to make this a fairly simple and no effort to launch proposition to I am thinking of the following features; 1) paypal for payments 2) royal mail for shipping 3) UK vat rates configured 4) out of the box sensible defaults for everything else I am keen to recruit an OfBiz developer to do the main chunk of the work on this, so I thought I would ask here first for anyone who is interested to contact me on or off list with availability and rates. The outputs are going to be open sourced, so feel free to make suggestions if you have UK interests. If anyone is interested in contributing to the effort, then that is welcome also. Thanks, Tom
