What: This is an informal get together featuring hackathon style group projects and a few unconference style presentations from participants, including a couple of sessions by David E. Jones to introduce Moqui Framework and Mantle Business Artifacts. The focus is on technical and business aspects of Moqui and OFBiz, including using both projects together and transitioning from OFBiz to Moqui.
When: Thursday December 13th to Saturday December 15th Where: Las Vegas Hilton (3 room suite in the HGV Club at 455 Karen Ave, across the parking lot from the main Las Vegas Hilton building). Facility will include projector, 2 large screen TVs, work tables, hacking couches, stocked kitchen, etc. Social Event: A group dinner on Friday evening and optional attendance to "The Hobbit: Part 1" which will be released that day, both included in the cost Cost: $200 for all 3 days including lunch each day, and the dinner/movie on Friday; does not include travel, lodging, or other meals Bring: Yourself, your laptop, and your ideas Lodging: The closest lodging will be at the Las Vegas Hilton (small meeting, so no special room discount). There are many other options in this area because the Las Vegas Convention Center is just south of the Hilton, and with the Monorail to the hotels on the strip there is flexibility for deal shopping (and/or personal preferences).
