Rohit, 1 - Why not include relevant 9 categories only rather that going for 10 and excuding one? 2 - Include / exclude are for subcategories while you are configuring categories. 3 - If these are sub categories of main category, suggest to explicitly give relevant categories to be included and include its subsets. 4 - Always exclude will be if parent category is included and this category is to be excluded.
