Hi Lee,

It depends on what product action type you set in your price rule.
If you set product action type as 'PRICE_POD' than it will return the new 
calculated price as 20% more than it's default price.

For example, the price of all products in category 'Cell Phone' keep 20% more 
than its default price. I hope result is that when the default price changed 
the new list price will be calculated and store automatically. Does OFBIZ
