I downloaded and installed Opentaps 1.4. After running Ant, the daemon was working on 8080. But the provided login pair of admin/opentaps wouldn't work at localhost:8080/opentaps. No amount of fiddling could get it to go, even with the older "ofbiz" password. In the end it was necessary to modify a table in the database.
