You can check the 'http://bigfishdev.salmonllc.com:8087/online/control/main' for EBS payment gateway. Currently it is configured with EBS's test account and only credit card payment option is enabled by default. Net banking and cash card payment options depends on EBS's merchant account what merchant enables at EBS portal(https://secure.ebs.in/). If you have any opinion on this please let us know.
