Can someone tell me why
http://ci.apache.org/projects/ofbiz/site/javadocs/ is unavailable 95%
of the time. Every time I try to access it, I'm always running into the
following error....
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to
maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Is it just capacity problems? Too many people trying to look at the
OFBiz javadocs at the same time? I think I've only been able to access
this site once in a great many attempts. I look forward to any replies
on this issue. Thanks.
