This was (mostly) done by David Jones when he was working with Hotwax Media (so
between 2008-2009 IIRW).
So, I guess it's Hotwax Media's property, let's see if they want to share more
(the originals)... and answer you...

Not all, only modifications requiring special attention. For instance adding a
field or an entity might not be there. Anyway data model changes are pretty
rare since 11.04 version

Does anyone know if there’s a version of these charts updated for 12.04 and
above? If I recall there were some minor tweaks to the data model in 12.04 when
we upgraded.
