Hi Ofbiz User, Chances are that the fix is included in r12.04.03 which should be available any day now, as voting for release has been concluded positively.
This update of the r12.04 branch contains several bug fixes. Regarding your question about the difference between the 12.x and the 13.x branches expect at least changes in field type definitions.
