The consensus n the comments seems to be to delete the empty page.
New pages are so easy to create that keeping the empty results in very
little savings in time and in my outsider view, just reduces the
professional polish of the documentation.
I feel that we should be using the JIRA to capture documentation tasks
once we get over this push.
For the moment, Sharan's document control page is a good place to note
missing pages.
Can you provide some worthwhile content to start the page?
What is involved in currency localization?
What is done OOTB for the supported locales?
What would a person who wants to add a new locale have to do to get the
currencies to display properly?
Even a short paragraph with some useful content would justify keeping
the page.
