I think it is due to the recent server crash. This is a response from Infra to another committer experiencing the same issue:
"Firstly the SSL cert has changed, and this might be the cause. Also, ensure eclipse is not caching the wrong IP address. If the IP address starts with 140, it should be 140.211.11.105."
