If I'm understanding you correctly then: yes, BigFish is a wrapper to an
external Gift Card service. Currently we support TenderCard in terms of
allowing customers to look-up their balance and apply all or partial
redemption against the purchase.

account with a third party Gift Card processor. BigFish currently has
support for Tender Card. We would need to extend BigFish in order to offer
support for any other Gift Card service.
