Experiences using OFBiz with MS SQL

Do you have experience running OFBiz with a MS SQL database in production?
Any incompatibilities, disadvantages or problems?

we are about to migrate a customer using OFBiz with an older MaxDB (SAPDB) to use MS SQL as the customer's preferred target database.
