Thank you all, especially Pierre. I'm downgrading to 12.04.05. The zipped POS didn't help. I put it inside 'specialpurpose'. But got exception while running 'java -jar ofbiz.jar pos'; some JposDeviceContainer not found, need to check classpath. However, my 12.04.05 is running fine. :)
