To deploy cassandra you can try :
1. download the cassandra jdbc driver on framework/entity/lib/jdbc
2. configure entityengine on framework/entity/config/entity-engine.xml
and add a datasource like that :

3. create the field type like this :
framework/entity/fieldtype/fieldtypecassandra.xml. Take inspiration from
fieldtypepostgres.xml and adapt for the cassandra data base.
I didn't test the process, just show you the way ;) and if it's works,

configuration settings available in OOTB OFBiz for the same. It may require
