I'm sorry I can't help you because I have never used the accounting module in a French context. Though French, so far I have mostly worked with
companies outside France.
I'm not sure the mappings you are looking for exist. But I know the Néréide company https://www.nereide.fr/ has created a specific accounting
component for France and alike accounting.
So I suggest you ask them. They are also working working with the OFBiz community, and 2 persons there are OFBiz committers. So you might receive an
answer on the user ML where we all share for the sake of the community at large, so I put it in copy.
With the ApacheOnEu event currently happening you might not receive an answer
before next week...
