Paul, I agree that there are certainly not 400 active OFBiz forks in GitHub

Sometimes it is just used by parties to create an upgradeable branch of the software, in which they can add their own additions/modifications and share it with the rest. So one does not always represent the other and the claim of 400 projects actively being pursued is rediculous.
