You can edit the ftl template to create your own implementation
For invoice : applications/accounting/template/invoice/PrintInvoices.fo.ftl
For Quote : applications/order/template/quote/QuoteReportHeaderInfo.fo.ftl
But in general you can tuning this report with check the request call in
ofbiz to redirect them on your own implementation of the screen rendering.
