I have downloaded and installed, jdk-11_windows-x64_bin, but got the below error. Just change the current directory to one in which Apache OFBiz exist. The link you provided is the same one that I tried to follow by downloading it and then after that I am lost in the installation process. It seems to install your software, one need to be an IT expert, which I am not. Although this seems like a great option, probably the best, I will have to look at something where us (non-it people) can install the software and use it. Thank you for trying to assist.
