Hi Pierre, if you go to https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/product/Gift-Card-Activation-GC-001.html and add it to the cart, the Gift Card Purchase Info apears (surveyId 1000). I did not find a way to feed translations - like it can be done for example for content.
