It looks like COA screen is not rendering via fop render.
You can set font family in screen to use it in COA screen.
Try to add font family in screen widget like:
<property-to-field resource="fop.properties" field="defaultFontFamily"
property="fop.font.family" default="SimplifiedArabic" />
Assuming you have already set SimplifiedArabic in fop.properties.
