Hi Vipin,

AFAIK, there is no option to exclude an entity from DCC. There are 2 Entity attributes which are somehow related but not sure you would want to use them: auto-clear-cache and never-cache.

This said it should not be too hard to make a custom change in 
EntityCacheServices.java (disclaimer I did not look into details)
