This is after having created your report; saved it in the Report Builder dir
and opened it in the Report Builder.
Then to create the layout in your report: in "Data Explorer" open "Data Sets" (click on it); right click on the only "Data Set" and use "Insert the
Layout"; save your change.
This is the "Simple design without break" option as explained in the doc. There
are other more advanced options explained in the doc.
