Installation on cPanel server

Hi!
My server management technician wrote me “I understand what they want but they 
need to know that on a cpanel server everything is different than a regular 
plain OS server with a standard apache installation, so the link they provided 
to the apache site does not really apply to your type of server. They need to 
provide instructions that are based on a cpanel server.” Is there instructions 
that are based on a cPanel server?
