Hello Markus, Another way is to use *ngrok* tool, which exposes localhost through http and https tunnels. For example we usually use this kind of command from Ubuntu terminal: $ ./ngrok http https://localhost:8443
Then you can use http/s tunnels generated by ngrok in the PayPal URL settings.
