attempting to join mailing lists

Hello, I'm new to OFBiz and having difficulty joining the mailing lists.
Any advice, or point me to a forum that can help me change an I.P. address
so I can use OFBiz across my network.
Thanks in advance, just in case this a.i. person answers me back again
saying this address is wrong lol.
