During receiving, you can implement custom logic to convert the purchased quantity into the product’s internal UoM (e.g., converting "box" to "each" based on the predefined UoM conversion table).
For sales orders: Use a kit product approach – You can create a kit product for the box and sell it as a packaged unit while ensuring inventory is deducted in the correct UoM.
