Dear OFBiz Community,

Our team has been actively contributing to the Apache OFBiz ecosystem, and
we’ve recently started developing a series of tutorial documents aimed at
helping new users get started with OFBiz Manufacturing.

These tutorials are designed to serve as a *user manual* for those
exploring or implementing the manufacturing module in Apache OFBiz. Some of
the initial topics we’ve covered include:

   - How to set up a BOM (Bill of Materials) in Apache OFBiz
   - How to configure Routing
   - How to set up MRP

and many more topics in the pipeline

Our intent with these documents is threefold:

   - *Support new users* with clear, step-by-step guidance on manufacturing
   setup in Apache OFBiz.
   - *Enhance search visibility* by targeting relevant keywords so these
   Confluence pages can rank well on Google and help direct relevant traffic
   to the OFBiz ecosystem.
   - *Position Apache OFBiz as a strong option* for those exploring
   manufacturing software or MEPS solutions.

We’re now looking to publish these documents on the official Apache OFBiz
Confluence platform, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on where they
would best fit. We’ve identified two possible spaces:

*1. **OFBiz End-User Documentation*
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBENDUSER/OFBiz+End+User+Docs+Home>

   - This space appears to be geared toward user manuals and could be a
   good fit for end-users seeking setup help.
   - We can create a “Manufacturing” page under this space and add our
   tutorials as child pages.

*2. **Business Process Reference Book*
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Manufacturing>

   - This space already has a subspace on Manufacturing and might also be
   suitable for publishing these documents as process references.

We’d appreciate the community’s input on where these tutorials would add
the most value and be easiest for users to discover. Once we finalize the
placement, we’re happy to begin publishing the content and will continue to
build and improve the documentation over time.

Looking forward to your feedback!
